The rooms at Riad Khadija Spa are absolutely amazing! They have balconies where you can relax and enjoy the view. The rooms are also air-conditioned, so you won't feel hot and sweaty during your stay. It's like a little haven of comfort!
Personally, I didn't really fancy the bathtubs or showers in the private bathrooms. But hey, that's just me.

Indulged in delicious Moroccan dishes, enjoyed free breakfast and WiFi, pampered with spa treatments, explored nearby places with the area shuttle, relaxed in the steam room, and received excellent concierge service. Everything was within walking distance, no need for a taxi.
It was such a shame that I couldn't stay forever!

Oh, what a lovely place the Riad Khadija Spa is! As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the beautiful decoration in the hotel's general areas. The traditional Moroccan design and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The accessible layout of the Riad was also a great advantage for me, making it easy to move around and enjoy all the amenities without any trouble. It was such a relief to find a peaceful refuge in the heart of the bustling Medina.
I would have appreciated some more assistance from the children working there. As a senior traveler, a bit more attention and care would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

the value for money was exceptional. We couldn't believe how affordable our stay was, especially considering the attention to detail and the high level of service we received. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a typical Moroccan style, with amazing ceilings that added a touch of authenticity to our stay. And let's not forget breakfast - fresh strawberries every morning were a delightful treat!
All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect.

Natalie was exceptionally friendly and helpful, as was her entire staff. She sent a driver to the airport to meet us (we paid for it, but it was reasonable) and she met us in a small square to help walk us to the Riad - which would be almost impossible to find without her help. She gave us detailed maps so we would not get lost in the medina and made dinner reservations for us. The meal at the Riad was also good. The Riad is lovely with lots of space to relax after negotiating the streets of Marrakech. The massage was fantastic after a day of hiking in the High Atlas Mountains. The room was quiet and private. Over-all a very pleasant experience!!

This was a taste of the authentic life-style in North Africa, based in the Medina which is the old town with narrow streets and alleyways, plus Souks and piazzas. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating with meals,. Organising trips and restaurants etc. Definitely not a sit around the pool type vacation, although facilities available in the new town outside the Medina.
Sometimes a little awkward to get to and from the pick-up points for taxis and cars which had to wait in access points some 200 to 300 metres from the Riad.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the Medina. The location was perfect, with Suk and Jemaa el fna square just a short walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a typical Moroccan style, with amazing ceilings that added to the overall ambiance. The attention to detail and comfort in the rooms was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the terrace, and the fresh strawberries were a delightful touch. Additionally, the hotel provided fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was a bonus.
No negative points to mention, everything was great.

Everyone at the Riad was wonderful. My friend and I decided to take our own rooms and we were treated like princesses!! Natalie and family were very sweet and accommodating. I highly suggest to arrange transportation from the airport to the Riad as it would be almost impossible to find on your own !! The rooms, downstairs lounge and terrace are gorgeous and immaculate !!
Nothing -- it was a little piece of heaven in the middle of crazy Marrakech

It is very cosy, where you feel more like home than in a hotel. Natalie, Mohammed and Senna do everything to make it a nice stay: from preparing our room in a special way, arranging good trips, preparing excellent dinners to have a nice chat about Marokko and its culture. Breakfast is nice with every day something different but special is prepared. We loved to have the breakfast on the sunny rooftop overlooking the city. Very good location near to the main attractions in the medina, yet in a quiet location.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for a suite that provided every comfort we could ask for. The attention to detail in the rooms, especially the amazing ceilings in typical Moroccan style, added a touch of magic to our stay. Secondly, the location in the center of the Medina was perfect for immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture. We loved exploring the busy streets and markets, feeling like we had discovered a hidden oasis right in the heart of the city. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like royalty with their attentive and friendly service. We especially appreciate Ihsaan for ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. And let's not forget the delicious breakfasts with fresh strawberries, a delightful way to start our days of adventure.
All was absolutely fine, couldn't ask for more.

Staff very friendly. We stayed for three days and by the time we left it felt like we were saying goodbye to family - especially Mohamed. Nothing was too much trouble. Very informative and highly entertaining. Evening meal was vey nice. Loved the central courtyard setting and the rooftop terrace.
This riad is difficult to find, but we were met from out taxi by Nathalie and escorted back to the riad, and then given directions to go and explore. We managed without getting lost.
